Reporting über sämtliche Quality-Themen Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen (Qualitäts-Meldungen) im Rahmen der Überwachung des gesamten Prozesses der Anomaliebehandlung, sowie die Leitung der Arbeitsgruppe zur Definition korrektiver und präventiver Maßnahmen Systematische Auswertung von Abweichungen zur Definition korrektiver und präventiver Maßnahmen, auf Basis von Informationen aus Datenbanken und Softwaresystemen durch z.B.
Baustelle & Team Auf Baustellen im laufenden Netzbetrieb agierst Du im Team– mit klaren Regeln und gesundem Menschenverstand. Gearbeitet wird nach Plänen, Vorgaben und Sicherheitsregeln. Chaos überlassen wir anderen!Zusammen mit Bauleitern, Projektleitern und Kollegen sorgst du dafür, dass die Baustelle läuft und am Ende alles passt.
CNC-Programme unter Berücksichtigung von Konstruktionsrichtlinien Werksnormen, DIN-Normen planen und entwerfen, dabei Vorgaben aus technischen Zeichnungen, Legeplänen in werkstoff- und fertigungsgerechte Funktionsfolgen der jeweiligen Schneidmaschine umsetzen und mit Ingenieuren/Ingenieurinnen und Konstrukteuren/Konstrukteurinnen zusammenarbeiten.
Projektverantwortung & Steuerung Du hältst die Zügel für Hochspannungsprojekte im Bereich Umspannwerke in der Hand (AC/DC bis 380 kV).Von der ersten Idee bis zum letzten Abnahmetermin steuerst du Errichtungs-, Umbau- und Wartungsprojekte.Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Risiken hast Du dabei fest im Blick.Technische Koordination & Schnittstellen Du koordinierst alle beteiligten Gewerke - insbesondere Primär- und Sekundärtechnik, Bau sowie Dienstleister.Mit Netzbetreibern, Kunden, Behörden und Sachverständigen sprichst Du auf Augenhöhe.Wenn sich Pläne ändern (tun sie!), bewertest, entscheidest und steuerst Du die Anpassungen und Nachträge souverän. Bauphase, Betrieb & Sicherheit Arbeiten im laufenden Netzbetrieb, Abschaltungen und Provisorien planst Du so, dass der Betrieb läuft und alle heil bleiben.Die Baustelle leitest Du über Bauleiter, sowie Montage- und Prüfteams, ohne dabei den Überblick zu verlieren.Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorgaben sind für dich keine Deko, sondern Pflichtprogramm.
