Main job responsibilities: -English and Hungarian language – fluent (written and spoken) -Previous experience in managing an Operations/Warehouse, ideally in production environment, leadership experience, ability to build relationships with customers, - Capability to define strategic plan for the site, negotiation, project management and presentation skills
Provide design input to Engineering Team during the design reviews PRe-align with Technical Service Team regularly on the new systems to be implemented Develop pre commissioning check list and provide Commissioning scope to Procurement Team Develop and set into motion innovative plans together with project controls team that reduce budget and/or condense schedule (Value Engineering and time/cost impact mitigation) to keep milestonesand costs Work with Procurement team to create biddable commissioning packages and verify contractor bids against cost/schedule estimates, provide input in the Scope of Works and provide input for contractual clauses from design submittal to PO release Interface with Engineering Team, Construction Team, Technical Services team, Manufacturing and every stakeholder involved in the project Enforce and maintain high quality standards for commissioning by contractors In-depth knowledge and experience in commissioning complex factory systems including mechanical dry (HVAC, dust collection, exhaust, etc.), process (water treatment, natural gas, liquid Nitrogen, etc.) and utility systems (compressed air, domestic water, sewage, etc.)
